• In most cases, we offer free shipping across Canada and the U.S. Free shipping is not available for items including but not limited to custom commissions, large scale artworks, mirrors, particularly fragile pieces that require custom packaging, and/or special collection artworks (such as pieces that are held in public exhibitions).
• You will receive a shipping notification within 5 - 10 business days of placing your order. Please note framing of original artworks, art consultation orders, and large scale works are subject to an additional 4+ week processing time.
• Please note some items may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

International Shipping

• Shipping cost starts at $15.00 CAD depending on quantity of items and weight.
• You will receive a shipping notification within 5 - 10 business days of placing your order. Please note framing of original artworks, art consultation orders, and large scale works are subject to an additional 4+ week processing time.
• Please note some items may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

All orders (Canada, U.S., and International) may be subject to additional duties, tariffs, and customs charges, to be paid for by the customer.

Artwork Returns

We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. As such, we don't accept returns. However, if you are displeased with your acquisition please email us at info@tacitcollective.com and we will address it on a case-by-case basis.

If your works arrive damaged, please ensure Tacit is notified within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise Returns

We drop our merchandise (namely our crewnecks) on a pre-order basis, meaning we only purchase the exact quantities ordered by customers. We do this to mitigate any access waste, as not to contribute to the overwhelming environmental impact of the fashion industry. As such, we do not offer exchanges or returns on our merchandise.

Please note we can not retroactively apply discounts. Any sales and promotional activity is limited to the exact dates they are live.
